FootballGloves.co.uk is part of Purple Imp. Purple Imp is a trading name of Cerulean Daze Studios Limited, a company registered in Scotland (SC784049), 4 Valentine Court, Dundee Business Park, Dundee DD2 3QB. We are the data controller for anything you send us through this site.

What we collect

Only what you choose to send: your name, club or organisation, email address, phone number if you give it, and your message.

Why, and on what basis

To reply to your enquiry and, if you become a client, to do the work. The lawful basis is our legitimate interest in answering people who contact us, and, for clients, the contract between us.

Who sees it

Our own team. Enquiries pass through our form-handling and email providers on the way to us. We don’t sell or share your details with anyone for marketing.

How long we keep it

Enquiries that don’t lead to work are deleted within 24 months. Client records are kept for as long as the law requires for accounting.

Cookies

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies. Our content delivery network and firewall may process your IP address to serve the site and keep it safe.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you, or object to how we use it: email hello@footballgloves.co.uk. If you’re unhappy with our answer you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
