Committees change every season. We set up addresses for roles, so when a secretary steps down the mail carries on and nobody has to hand over a personal Gmail password.

After setup we send real test messages and check they arrive and pass authentication, instead of assuming the DNS is right.

Questions clubs ask

We already use Gmail. Is that a problem?: Not necessarily. We can work with what you have, or move you to club mailboxes on your own domain. Either way we check the records so your mail is trusted.
